Research enriches and strengthens the ASG’s program of training and advocacy by ensuring that:

• The ASG curriculum, as well as the teaching programs of the ASG faculty, incorporates the most recent literature and praxis in governance and related fields;
  
• The ASG’s efforts in dialogue and advocacy are more effective through use of documented experience, cases, analyses of precedents, cross-country comparisons, contextual information, simulations and exploration of options and scenarios.
