Ateneo School of Government-Center for
Social Policy (ASG-CSP) is pleased to
announce that copies of the Federalism
monograph entitled, “Shift to
Federalism: Is it Necessary Today?”
are already available for distribution.
The monograph is a documentation of
a forum in which Atty. Alberto C. Agra
from the Ateneo Law School and Mr. Philip
Camara, president of the Pinatubo Party,
debated the pros & cons of federalism.
The forum was held at the Ateneo Professional
Schools, Rockwell Makati, on 2 December
2005. The monograph tackles concepts
and arguments relevant to the current
Charter Change issue.
Limited copies
of this monograph, along with the
first of ASG-CSP’s monograph
series by Atty. Agra entitled “Unitary
Government and Federal Form of Government,”
are available at the CSP, Ateneo Loyola
