Managing Differences and Conflict

and private sectors in ways that are
mutually beneficial and promote the
formulation of common pathways in the
pursuit of national development goals.
The program assists political leaders,
public and corporate sector managers
in developing skills to design and manage
more responsive programs for meeting
basic economic, political and social
needs.

The short, focused training
workshops seek to provide methods
and strategies for operationalizing ethical governance and sustainable development.
Using a hands-on approach and incorporating
realistic simulation exercises and
case studies, the program provides
participants with the opportunity
to discuss issues in practical rather
those merely theoretical
terms.

The School is accredited by the Civil
Service Commission to conduct trainings
and seminars specially for the government
sector. Since 1997, over 1,000 participants
have attended the ASG Executive Education
Program which included LGU officials
and other elected officers.
