JVO EXECUTIVE EDUCATION PROGRAM

The Jaime V. Ongpin (JVO) Executive Education Program pays lasting tribute to the memory of Jaime V. Ongpin by continuing his efforts to bring together

Managing Differences and Conflict
the public and private sectors in ways that are mutually beneficial and promote the formulation of common pathways in the pursuit of national development goals. The program assists political leaders, public and corporate sector managers in developing skills to design and manage more responsive programs for meeting basic economic, political and social needs.

The short, focused training workshops seek to provide methods and strategies for operationalizing ethical governance and sustainable development. Using a hands-on approach and incorporating realistic simulation exercises and case studies, the program provides participants with the opportunity to discuss issues in practical rather those merely theoretical terms.

The School is accredited by the Civil Service Commission to conduct trainings and seminars specially for the government sector. Since 1997, over 1,000 participants have attended the ASG Executive Education Program which included LGU officials and other elected officers.
