held a the Lauremar Beach Resort, Opol, Misamis Oriental.
The seminar-workshop was conducted with the support

The second module of the Empowering Women to be Effective Local
Government Leaders of the Asia Foundation with funding assistance from
the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
This trainingbuilt the participant’s capacities
in conflict management and resolution. The participants were
also given inputs on how to mainstream gender issues in their
respective localities

In partnership with the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung, the Ateneo School of
Government conducted a 5 day seminar- workshop entitled Leading People
and Winning Elections.
This seminar-workshop was composed of two
modules. The first module,
“Preparing to lead,” prepares the participants for a
leadership role
whether inside or outside the political arena. The second module
"Preparing to Win Elections", makes the participants aware of the
requirements for an electoral campaign.
